Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Clerk

Courtyard by Marriott in Richland, WA, managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality (NSH) is seeking a Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Clerk. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting hotel operations.

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check‑in, check‑out, and the coordination of hotel services. The incumbent handles guest reservation requests, answers telephone inquiries, responds to compliments or complaints, and performs cash handling duties, including making change and balancing the house bank.

• Check‑in and check‑out guests, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Respond to guest reservations and inquiries via phone and in person.
• Handle compliments and complaints, taking appropriate action to resolve issues.
• Manage cash transactions, make change, and maintain accurate house bank balances.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED; prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
