As a Hotel Receptionist at Home 2 Suites by Hilton Richland, you're the face of our front desk and the first person our guests meet when they arrive. You make them feel at home and happy during their stay. You handle the check-in process, assign rooms, and let our guests know about all the amenities we offer. You're a natural when it comes to customer service and that's a huge help when dealing with special requests and any issues that arise.
You're sure to pay attention to all the little details – accuracy is key when it comes to billing and cash handling. Seeing the smiles on our guests' faces as they come and go - that's your motivation and it makes your day!
As a Hotel Receptionist at Home 2 Suites by Hilton Richland, you will be responsible for providing amazing customer service to all guests. This means having strong communication skills, being patient and friendly, and always having a positive attitude. You'll also need to be available to work weekend shifts.
