As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the bar team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations
- Develop and implement drink menus, promotions, and specials that drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of beverage preparation and presentation
- Train and mentor junior bartenders to improve skills and knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- 2+ years of experience as a Lead Bartender or equivalent role
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails, including classic and modern recipes
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in mixology or a related field (e.g. USBG, WSET)
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding liquor sales and service
