• Develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets client needs and leverages cloud capabilities.
• Support and modernize government financial systems.
• Use the latest cloud technologies to improve client environments, ensuring seamless orchestration.
• Inform strategy and design while maintaining standards throughout the containerization process.
• Recommend resources that help clients manage and securely adopt containers.
• Strengthen Dev Ops skills while supporting the development of critical cloud platforms.

• 5+ years as a Platform or Dev Ops engineer supporting cloud-based applications.
• Experience managing a team of 3–5 engineers.
• Proficiency with Terraform as infrastructure-as-code.
• Extensive experience with AWS Cloud services and tools.
• Experience with Git Hub Actions or CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka, Confluent, Red Panda, or AWS MKS.
• Experience in cloud-native application deployment, security best practices, and system integration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of Dev Ops experience in lieu of a degree.

• Experience supporting or modernizing financial systems.
• Experience supporting a multi-cloud environment.
• Experience with Chaos and Site Reliability Engineering testing.
• Knowledge of Crossplane for Kubernetes-native infrastructure management.
• AWS, GCP, or Azure Associate or Professional level certification.

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

• If remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
