Job Description

Pro Sidian is seeking an On‑Site Program Manager – Workforce & Talent Support to provide program support at a federal, regulated, high‑stakes nuclear cleanup environment (DOE EM Hanford). The position is exempt W‑2 (no overtime) and primarily located in Richland, Washington, but may require travel across the Pacific Northwest region within the United States.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish program operating cadence and conduct program reviews.
  • Provide on‑site program management for General Support Services (GSS) for Hanford Field Office (HFO).
  • Coordinate travel in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
  • Maintain required clearances (Facility Clearance; DOE Clearance as required).
  • Work at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.
  • Utilize office space, computer workstations, and required software provided by the government; perform primarily on‑site tasks with limited remote support.

Key skill areas include:

  • Leadership, reporting, risk management, and environmental compliance fundamentals.
  • Accountability, decision‑making, and communication.
Qualifications

Desired qualifications:

  • 10+ years of program or project management experience (DOE/federal preferred).
  • B.S. degree required; PMP or PgMP certification desirable.
  • Experience in the Environmental Management sector, specifically General Support Services for Hanford Field Office.
  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills with a focus on workforce and talent support.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
