Medical Interpreter

Under the general supervision of the Language services, provides verbal, written interpreting and translating for Spanish speaking patients. Performs related duties as assigned.

FTE: Full-time and Per-diem

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire:
  National Certified Medical Interpreter
  - National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters or
• Upon hire:
  Washington Social Services Interpreter
  - Washington State Department of Social and Health Services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Recent healthcare experience.
