Job Duties/Scope Of Work

  • Ensuring accurate and timely work package closeout, including verification of required documentation, completion status, and records consistency.
  • Maintaining compliant records management practices in support of work control activities, ensuring documentation is complete, properly controlled, and retrievable.
  • Coordinating and tracking material procurement activities that support Planning Department work execution, ensuring alignment between planning needs and procurement actions.
  • Functioning as the single accountable interface between Work Control and Procurement for material procurement activities, facilitating communication, issue resolution, and status visibility.
  • Monitoring and maintaining visibility of material requests and material status, including items pending delivery, receipt, and field installation.
  • Identifying, tracking, and helping resolve material-related issues that may affect work package readiness, field execution, or schedule performance.
  • Collaborating closely with planning, operations, maintenance, procurement, and other support organizations to ensure coordinated execution of work activities.
  • Exercising independent judgment and decision-making in prioritizing work, managing competing demands, and addressing routine and non-routine coordination issues.
  • Supporting schedule execution by proactively communicating constraints, following actions to completion, and helping ensure needed materials and documentation are available when required.
  • Contributing to the overall effectiveness of work control processes through strong organization, coordination, and administrative discipline in a high-responsibility support role.
  • Operating and auditing multiple work control CMMS and within different work control groups to perform work control functions assigned.
Basic Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Credential badge.
  • BA/BS degree and at least 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Hanford or other government contracting environments.
  • Experience in Work Management, Planning & Scheduling, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge of CMMS, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Job Control System (JCS).
  • Experience with Hanford procurement processes and the eBOM system.
  • Previous experience with material procurement and database management.
Compensation & Benefits

Grade 14: $81,068 - $94,013
Grade 15: $82,000 - $103,400
Grade 16: $90,150 - $113,550
