At H2C, your work has a meaningful impact—today and for future generations.

H2C is seeking an Integrated Supply Chain Manager (ISCM) responsible for integrating supply chain planning with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Acquisition Management to ensure the organization has the materials, equipment, and supplier capacity required to execute the mission safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This position reports to the Manager of Acquisition Management and provides forward-looking visibility of operational and project requirements, identifies opportunities to leverage demand and achieve economies of scale, and partners with procurement specialists to ensure an appropriate and capable supplier base is established to meet current and future procurement needs.

The position complements existing functional authorities by providing end to end integration and accountability across the demand to delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary supply chain interface with Operations, Project Management, Engineering, Project Controls, and Acquisition Management.
  • Facilitate early identification and development of procurement requirements to improve planning and reduce emergent acquisition activity.
  • Monitor readiness of technical requirements, specifications, statements of work, bills of material, and other inputs necessary to support procurement execution.
  • Identify and actively manage long lead, mission critical, single source, obsolete, and supply constrained materials and services.
  • Partner with Acquisition Management to develop sourcing strategies aligned with forecasted mission demand, including opportunities for strategic sourcing, long term agreements, and demand aggregation to achieve better economies of scale.
  • Coordinate strategic supplier planning and evaluate supplier capacity, capability, lead times, and other risks affecting future H2C requirements.
  • Integrate critical spares planning with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Acquisition Management to improve material readiness and reduce operational vulnerability.
  • Establish and lead a recurring Integrated Supply Chain Review to identify constraints, assign actions, resolve cross functional issues, and elevate risks threatening mission milestones.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated supply chain risk register and provide leadership with forward looking visibility of significant constraints and recovery actions.
  • Refine performance measures focused on end-to-end supply chain effectiveness, including need date reliability, forecast accuracy, requirements readiness, procurement cycle time, supplier on time delivery, critical spares availability, and supply chain impacts to scheduled work.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that focus on integration, economies of scale, simplifying processes, reducing administrative friction, and increasing supply…
