• 3+ years of hotel maintenance experience
• Experience with pool maintenance is a must
• A strong leadership skill set
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-moving environment

Work 8‑hour shifts Monday–Friday. Occasional weekends and overtime may be required.

You start your day by overseeing the hotel’s preventative maintenance program, ensuring guestrooms, HVAC systems, pool systems, and other building functions are in top shape. With a proactive mindset and strong technical skills, you tackle daily work orders promptly, always aiming for complete guest satisfaction. You manage pool chemistry and temperature throughout the day, adhere to health department standards, and maintain the hotel grounds to keep everything pristine and inviting.

Safety is a priority, so you ensure the building and grounds are secure, with clear walkways and parking lots. On‑call 24/7, you’re ready to address any unexpected building issues. Your day wraps up with a final review of the property, ready for any additional tasks your supervisor may assign.
