Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager II to support the development of new nuclear generation projects in Richland, WA. This role will lead large, complex, multi-disciplinary teams and manage projects from design engineering through implementation.

This is a high-visibility role requiring strong leadership, cost control, and stakeholder management experience in power generation environments.

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of nuclear development projects
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams (10+ members, internal & external)
• Oversee design engineering activities from concept through implementation
• Track project cost, schedule, risk, and scope
• Develop and manage contracts, vendors, and procurement activities
• Resolve schedule conflicts and mitigate risks
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, steering committees, and stakeholders
• Mentor junior project managers and team members

• Extensive project management experience in power delivery environments
• Nuclear preferred
• Combined cycle, oil & gas also considered
• Strong background managing design engineering through execution
• Experience leading large, complex, multi-discipline projects
• Proven ability to manage cost tracking, invoicing, and contract compliance
• Project Management certification required

• Bachelor’s degree + 14 years technical experience
• Associate’s degree + 16 years technical experience
• High School Diploma/GED + 18 years technical experience
• Advanced degree may substitute for 2 years of experience

• Experience working in regulated power plant environments
• Experience managing Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms
• High-level understanding of scope development and scope control
