This is a full-time, on-site position based in Richland, WA. As the Director of Operations, you will oversee day-to-day operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing operational processes, leading teams, and implementing strategies to drive business growth. You will also collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and maintain a high standard for service delivery.

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Analytical Skills to ensure business efficiency and process optimization
• Experience in Team Management and leadership to guide and motivate staff towards reaching organizational goals
• Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning to manage expenses and maximize profitability
• Strong Customer Service skills to maintain client satisfaction and foster trust
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability to manage time-sensitive priorities and dynamic challenges
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in construction, roofing, or a similar industry is highly desirable
