- Provide coordination, communication, and interface between the Contractor's resources supporting this scope and the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager. The Program Manager is to hold regularly scheduled meetings to share DOE, company, and Project details.
- Monitor, oversee, provide direction, and assign critical Project work activities to the Contractor resources, which are approved by the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager.
- Review the areas of focus and provide status on those areas to the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager so that progress and project status can be determined.
- Collaborate with the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager to determine the focus areas for the Contractor resources as needed to assess specific areas of focus.
- Work closely with the CPCCo C&PA Program Manager to ensure continued C&PA Program effectiveness and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree. Buyer accepts education equivalency of two years of experience for one year of education.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with similar programs in a highly regulated work environment such as commercial nuclear, DOE, or DOD.
- Minimum of five (5) years demonstrated managerial experience leading contractor assurance or related functions for the Department of Energy including management of critical operational issues, event investigation, development and monitoring of corrective action plans, and interfacing with a diverse range of customers and regulatory agencies.
