Provide daily direction and clear instructions to team members to ensure products are manufactured on time and in accordance with policies and procedures;
Manufacture, assemble, and ship regulated products and sub-assemblies, including medical devices of a radioactive nature, in compliance with regulatory and safety requirements;
Operate production equipment within controlled environments, following SOPs and safety protocols;
Review team members’ timecards to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies;
Mentor and coach Manufacturing Technicians and help build a positive, productive team culture
