In this role, you will be responsible for performing advanced patient assessments, diagnosing and managing cardiovascular conditions, and collaborating with cardiologists to develop personalized treatment plans. Your expertise will directly influence patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care delivered.
Required Skills:
- Valid and current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Proven experience in Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiology
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of relevant electronic health records (EHR) systems
Skills:
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced cardiology outpatient or hospital setting
- Familiarity with advanced cardiac devices and therapies
- Certification in Cardiology or Electrophysiology preferred
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in cardiology, specifically EP cardiology
- Previous locums or temporary work experience is advantageous
- Availability to start as soon as possible, with a start date of 02/02/2026
- Willingness to work Mon-Thu 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM - Noon
- OT applicable after 40 hours per week
- Must be able to work full-time and handle a fast-paced environment
- Must have or be willing to obtain applicable state licenses and certifications
- Ability to travel or relocate if required for coverage
