Position Overview

Kadlec Clinic Urology is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide full‑time outpatient Urology coverage in Richland, WA. This is a locum tenens assignment beginning March (or as soon as credentialed) and offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or call. The ideal provider brings prior Urology experience and is comfortable managing a steady outpatient caseload in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: March or upon completion of credentialing
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Setting: Outpatient Urology clinic
• Experience: Urology specialty experience required
• Compensation: $130 per hour
• Overtime: Applies after 40 hours per week
• Duration: Ongoing full‑time coverage

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Urology care under physician supervision
• Conduct evaluations, follow‑ups, and management of common urologic conditions
• Perform and assist with in‑clinic procedures as credentialed
• Review diagnostics, labs, and imaging to support treatment planning
• Collaborate with Urologists, nursing staff, and support teams to ensure high‑quality patient care
• Document all encounters accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Urology experience required (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
• Active Washington license
• Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
• Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting
