In this role, you will serve in an outpatient urology clinic, collaborating with experienced physicians to deliver comprehensive urological services. The position is ideal for proactive, detail-oriented healthcare professionals committed to excellence and patient-centered care.

Required Skills:

Valid state licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Urology specialty experience is essential

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in electronic medical records systems

Nice to Have

Skills:

Prior experience in outpatient urology clinics

Familiarity with urological procedures and patient education

Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred

Education and Experience:

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies

Minimum of 2 years of experience in urology or a related specialty

Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is a plus

Other Requirements:

Mandated credentialing and licensing in the state

Ability to start as soon as credentialed, with coverage needed from March onward

Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Willingness to travel or accommodate travel reimbursements if applicable
