Patient Sitter - Resource Team

Description

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Designee, performs a variety of tasks to assist ensuring that the assigned patient(s) is safe and unable to harm themselves. Also performs non-direct patient care duties as assigned. Ages of patients: newborns to geriatrics.

• Per diem, Variable Shift, 0.4 working hours weekly
• Part time, Variable Shift, 24 working hours weekly

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)

• Student pursuing a career in a patient care setting.
