Description
Under the general direction of the Supervisor/Manager of Clinic Operations with clinical oversight from the Director of Clinical Operations, the Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This role facilitates care coordination by applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs through direct, telephone, telehealth, and electronic encounters.
The RN collaborates with the health care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients. Actions performed reflect the organization’s core values.
Eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment are awarded a $3,000 sign‑on bonus on the first day of employment.
Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire.
- At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Pay RangeThe base pay range for this position is $39.19 – $60.84 per hour. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
