Position: In-Home NP — Flexible Schedule & Competitive Pay

Responsibilities
  • Conduct adult/geriatric assessments that include medical history, diagnosis and treatment, health education, physician referrals, case‑management referrals, follow‑up, and clear documentation according to Matrix guidelines and protocols.
  • Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab‑based testing as needed.
  • Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Primary Care Physicians on patient education and follow‑up as necessary.
  • Provide services at the member’s place of residence, which can be in their homes or Skilled Nursing Facilities.

    Visits are scheduled based on your availability. We conduct assessments Sunday – Saturday from 8 am – 7 pm, allowing you to work during the day, evening, and/or weekend.

    Earn income based on the number of assessments you complete. Monthly earnings can range from $1,800 to $11,500, depending on your state and the per‑assessment rate ($90 – $115).

  • Additional Licensure
    Support to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing in neighboring states.
  • Full‑time Opportunities
    Prn providers can transition to full‑time roles, receive a sign‑on bonus, and support their home location, state or region.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or commensurate experience with satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
  • Current NP licensure in state of practice, with prescription authority or ability to obtain prescriptive authority as needed.
  • AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in Adult, Adult Gerontology Primary Care, Adult Gerontology Acute Care, Family, Emergency, or Acute Care specialty.
  • Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification.
  • One year of NP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Valid state driver’s license for the state of residence.
  • Automobile insurance coverage required for the state of residence (or ability to obtain).
  • Bodily injury coverage: $100,000 per person/$300,000 per incident;
    Property damage coverage: $50,000;
    Collision and comprehensive deductibles: $1,000 or less.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with employee health/medical record software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
