Best Med is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Associates to join our team in Richland, WA. It is located in southeastern Washington at the confluence of the Yakima and the Columbia Rivers. Along with the nearby cities of Pasco & Kennewick , Richland forms the Tri-Cities metropolitan area.

Deliver high-quality urgent care services in alignment with clinical guidelines and Washington regulations

Create a welcoming, supportive environment for patients and families

Collaborate closely with medical assistants, radiology, and front-office staff to ensure efficient patient flow

Provide accessible, non-emergency care that helps patients avoid unnecessary ER visits

Active and unrestricted Washington and Oregon NP or PA license (or eligibility to obtain) - To work occasionally in Hermiston, Oregon

DEA license or willingness to obtain and DOT Certificiation

Strong knowledge of diagnostics, treatment protocols, and medication management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
