Overview

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in‑home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one‑on‑one, patient‑centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission‑driven, nurse‑led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Nurse (RN) | Richland, WA

Position title:

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Dialysis, Full‑time, Days 8 am‑6 pm (3–4 shifts per week).

Compensation

$1,500 sign‑on bonus.

$48.00 – $58.00 per hour.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry‑level to highly experienced applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled, in‑home nursing care to assigned patients
  • Develop and follow individualized care plans
  • Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • Current RN license in the state of Washington
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Home health experience preferred but not required
  • Must pass pre‑employment screenings
