RN Resident - Cardiac Acute Care

Registered Nurse (RN) Resident - Cardiac Acute Care Unit (CACU) located on 7RP at Kadlec Regional Medical Center

Providence nurses are valued and essential to our patient‑focused, whole‑person care philosophy. As an RN Resident, you will apply your specialized training to deliver high‑quality cardiac acute care during night shifts on the CACU.

• Full time, Night shift, 36 working hours weekly

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS (American Heart Association) upon hire.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.

• National Certification in area of specialty upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.

Base pay range: $41.74 – $82.41 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
