Job Overview

Under the general direction of the Unit Manager, the candidate will perform activities to encourage and support breastfeeding for Kadlec Medical Center families, including inpatients, outpatients, prenatal clients, and employees. The role includes updating nursing staff and physicians on current information regarding breastfeeding and performing related duties as assigned.

Shift Details

Part‑time, 24 hours weekly, variable shift.

Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program;
    Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or higher degree) from an accredited educational institution, or degree in progress.
  • If BSN or higher is in progress, must be completed within 3 years from date of hire.
  • Upon hire:
    Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire:
    National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.
  • 1 year recent nursing experience, with emphasis on breastfeeding experience.
Pay Range

$39.62 – $79.20 per hour. Additional compensation may be available (shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
