Nurse Educator - Clinical Education

Under the general direction of the Manager, Clinical Education, a Nurse Educator remains responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of staff orientation, competencies, and education in the department; acts as a resource for provider, patient, and family education; and supports and demonstrates the Mission, Vision and Values of Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Ages of patients vary by department policy.

• Full‑time, day shift, 40 working hours weekly.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress, to be completed within five years from hire date) from an accredited educational institution.
• Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
• At least two years recent experience in the area of specialty.

• Master’s degree from an accredited educational institution.
