About Your RolePart Time. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will meet with clients—typically adults who have been discharged from state hospitals or who reside in assisted living facilities or adult family homes—and have difficult behaviors to manage. You will provide individualized psychiatric medication evaluations, prescriptions, and follow‑up visits as needed. This position works weekdays with an occasional option to work evenings and weekends.
There is on‑call responsibility twice a year.
This is located in the Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco WA area, part time, 20 hours a week.
- $70–$80 per hour
- Approximately 20 hours per week with daytime and evening flexible schedule

- New hire mentorship to aid in your transition and training
- Part‑time, full‑time, and PRN/temporary positions available
- Preference for PMHNP experience and an active ARNP license in WA or the ability to become licensed in WA
- Active DEA registration
- Prior experience working with the geriatric population and/or adults
- Intermediate level skills with technology for at‑home tele‑health service
- Willing and able to travel once a month or every other month to facilities across various WA counties for in‑person client meetings
- Satisfactory results of State and Federal background checks
