• Current and active RN license in the state of Washington
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in emergency response and care planning for students
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with students, families, and staff
• Competence in maintaining accurate and confidential medical records
• Commitment to promoting health education and positive wellness practices

• Delivering daily health services, including administering medications and treatments according to individual student care plans
• Responding promptly to on-campus injuries, illnesses, and health emergencies
• Conducting health screenings and immunization compliance monitoring
• Collaborating with educators and counselors to support individualized education or health plans (IEPs/504s)
• Providing guidance on disease prevention, hygiene, and overall wellness
• Ensuring compliance with state and district policies as well as federal health regulations
• Serving as a resource for families and staff regarding medical concerns and health education
