What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced hospital setting
  • Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient needs
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Document patient care activities in compliance with hospital policies
  • Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge instructions
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington
  • Ability to obtain hospital/health system clearances
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
Preferred:
  • Previous experience in a medical-surgical unit
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
