Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join the team at Kadlec in Richland, Washington
. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns while supporting families through every stage of neonatal care.

You will collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced NICU environment. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $79,000 to $159,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to grow within a respected healthcare organization committed to excellence in neonatal care.

Required Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
    .
  • Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification through the American Academy of Pediatrics within ninety (90) days of hire.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience
    .
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in NICU, maternal-child health, or acute care nursing preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary neonatal care team
    .
