This position is open to local and travel applicants. The primary duties include conducting health screens on new hires. Provision of necessary vaccines to ensure staff protection is required. Management of blood and body fluid exposure is part of the role. Training for respiratory protection and communicable disease management is also included. Direct patient care is not provided in this position.
A new in-house electronic health record system will need to be learned, as the previous system is no longer in use. Additional qualifications include the ability to float to nearby facilities as needed. Candidates may be expected to work during holidays. References from the last three years are required for the application process. Travelers must comply with policies regarding scheduling and flexibility.
This role does not require contact with specific health system representatives unless for scheduled interviews. All communications for the application process should be directed as instructed in the job posting.
