Pro Sidian seeks a Operations Oversight Specialist for program support on a contract contingent generally located across the CONUS
- Richland, Washington across the Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.

We seek Operations Oversight Specialist candidates with relevant environmental management sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for environmental management sector clients such as DOE. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) oversight and general support services under job task category 05 assistant manager for safety, environment, & quality (amse/amsq) functional area / swim lane / category discipline professional - general support services (gss) for Hanford field office (hfo) position;

however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time Pro Sidian employed W-2 position.

Provide services and support as a operations oversight specialist (general support services (gss) for Hanford field office (hfo)) in the environmental management industry sector focussing on environmental services solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy – Environmental Management, Hanford Field Office (DOE-EM / HFO) | DOE – Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center (EMCBC), Cincinnati, OH generally located in CONUS
- Richland, Washington and across the Pacific Northwest Region (of country/world).

Safety, environment, and quality services ensure compliance, protect workers, and advance Hanford's cleanup mission success.

Conduct operations surveillances, review logs, coordinate readiness reviews, escalate safety concerns. This role provides services and support for program office #05 assistant manager for safety, environment, & quality (amse/amsq) under job task #05.02 - operations oversight specialist with support functions for electrical, facility representative, industrial hygiene/occupational safety, training, environmental/regulatory, safety and security enforcement, nuclear safety, criticality safety, engineering (radiological protection, structural, quality assurance, fire protection), technical & regulatory support services provided across the Hanford Field Office (HFO).

Operations oversight specialist: ensures operational readiness and compliance through assessments, documentation, communication, and administrative support for Hanford Tank Farms and the Waste Treatment & Immobilization Plant. This position ensures operational readiness and compliance through detailed assessments, effective communication, and strategic oversight, contributing to the safety and efficiency of operations at the Hanford site. With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 7 FTEs for this Pro Sidian Engagement Team Role.

Desired qualifications for operations oversight specialist (DOE

7–10+ years DOE operations oversight; nuclear/industrial facilities preferred.

BS engineering/science or equivalent.
