Bromic Heating is recognised globally for designing and delivering premium outdoor heating solutions trusted by architects, designers, and builders around the world. As we continue to grow across the APAC region, we are seeking a dynamic Specification Sales professional to represent Bromic Heating across VIC, WA, and SA. In this role, you’ll partner with leading industry professionals, drive product specification in residential and commercial projects, and contribute directly to the momentum of a fast-moving, innovative global brand.

Role Responsibilities:

Develop New Business: Use AI tools and CRM systems to identify, qualify, and nurture new specification opportunities across residential and commercial markets.

Drive Product Specification: Present Bromic Heating solutions, deliver CPD sessions, and create tailored proposals that meet project and design requirements.

Manage the Territory: Grow the specification pipeline across VIC, WA & SA through regular client visits and strategic territory planning.

Collaborate & Report: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams while maintaining accurate CRM records and providing clear performance insights.

Support Customers: Ensure a smooth client experience by responding quickly to enquiries and coordinating with internal teams to maintain strong relationships.

Who we are looking for:

A solutions-focused professional with 3+ years’ experience in specification sales or a related design, architecture, or construction role.

A confident communicator and presenter who can influence decision-makers, build strong relationships, and articulate technical product details clearly.

Highly organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects, navigate specification cycles, and drive results under pressure.

Customer-focused and commercially minded, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to sell on value rather than price.

Tech-savvy and efficient, experienced using CRM platforms and comfortable working with data, reports, and digital tools to identify opportunities.
