Regional Sales Manager – Optical Industry
Territory: WA, OR, , MT, WY
Location:
Ideally based in WA, OR,
Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
Additional compensation:
Commission
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team
- Drive regional growth and strengthen customer relationships
- Implement strategies, track performance, and align with company goals
- Partner with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of sales leadership (optical, medical device, or healthcare preferred)
- Success managing multi‑state teams
- Strong business acumen and relationship‑building skills
Compensation:
- Base: $105k–$120k
- OTE: $150k–$180k+ (commissions)
