- Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide 1st time guests through their first Orange theory workout
- Understanding people's needs and helping them find a solution to fit their goals and needs
- Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
- Following though on contacting prospective clients
- Assisting current members with their needs in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
- Participating in marketing, canvasing, and local community outreach and tabling events
- Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
- Base hourly pay of $17.13
- PLUS Commissions & Bonuses
