311 Commodities is looking for a motivated, hardworking Commodity Merchandiser to join our growing team. As a Commodity Merchandiser, you will be responsible for buying and selling bulk feed ingredients, building relationships with customers, and coordinating logistics to ensure products are delivered efficiently and on time.

• Hominy Feed
• Dried Distillers Grain (DDG)
• Soyhull Pellets
• Wet Distillers Grain (WDG)
• Modified Distillers Grain (MDG)
• Corn Gluten Pellets
• Other bulk feed ingredients

• Develop and maintain relationships with livestock producers and feed customers
• Find and secure new customers throughout our service area
• Buy and sell bulk 25-ton loads of feed ingredients
• Coordinate and manage freight logistics
• Monitor markets and identify opportunities for customers
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
• Work closely with our team to grow the business

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic
• Organized and detail‑oriented
• Agricultural background preferred
• Sales, commodity, feed, or livestock experience is a plus
