Neuroscience Specialist, Health and Science Professional

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory
• Engages with customers both face to face and virtually
• Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans
• Effectively identifies and implements engagement strategies with customers
• Builds rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual environments
• Uses judgment to maintain customer engagement utilizing digital tools
• Understands and leverages internal reports and analytics for strategic business opportunities
• Compliantly leverages product and disease state knowledge
• Demonstrates strong teamwork capabilities to collaborate across the organization
• Completes all administrative expectations on time and compliantly

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Professional Sales, Promotional Activity, Small Business Ownership, Marketing, Customer Service, Account Management, relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles, Educator roles, or Full Time Military experience
• Must live within 25 miles of the border of the territory
• Valid US driver’s license with a driving record compliant with company standards
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from being hired
• Strong track record of sales or marketing success
• Strong territory management skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Knowledge of applicable disease states, therapeutic area, and products
• Must reside within the territory boundaries
