Groundman – Aerial & Underground Crews | Full-Time | Local Work + Occasional Short-Term Travel
Paramount Communications, Inc. is hiring Groundmen to support our aerial and underground fiber crews. We’ll train the right candidates, and there’s clear room for advancement.
Requirements- Strong work ethic; team player with solid communication
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Preferred: prior relevant experience, CDL (Certified Driver's License,and Flagger Card (traffic control certification)
- Full-time roles on aerial and underground crews
- Local work with occasional short-term travel
