Brake & Alignment Technician

Brake & Alignment Technicians are responsible for the service and installation of brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies and the Code of Conduct.

• Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering parts and components.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing, rebuilding, or recalibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform off‑site and emergency road services.
• Providing excellent customer service and referring customers to qualified employees as necessary.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

• Pay range: $16.50 – $26.45 per hour for full‑time positions after eligibility criteria are met.
