• Perform repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment.
• Conduct routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns.
• Use hand/power tools and test meters for testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment.
• Maintain a PM completion rate of 90% year to date and a critical PM completion rate of 98% year to date.
• Write adequate notifications for items observed needing attention.
• Stay current on all LOTO validations, safety trainings, and required certifications.

• Acceptable safety, attendance, and disciplinary record.
• Ability to utilize SAP for maintenance requirements: writing work orders, adding comments, and locating spare parts and bill of materials.
• Experience with testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits using ohmmeters, voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and meggers.
• Understanding of instrumentation, motor controls, electrical schematics, and instrumentation installation.
• Provide maintenance to meet regulatory state and federal codes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Capability to troubleshoot and correct electrical issues related to work groups.

• Proficient knowledge to troubleshoot and program PLCs with no supervision.
• Proficient knowledge of panel design: breaker size, wire size, load rating, conduit fill.
• Competent with programming, troubleshooting, and installing VFDs.
• Knowledge of NEC codes.
