Join Raptor Rooter and Plumbing as a full-time Journeyman Commercial Plumber in Richland, WA. Licensed, experienced plumbers are needed to serve commercial clients.
Pay$40.00 - $50.00 per hour depending on experience and performance.

Our Journeyman Commercial Plumber works Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.
- 3:30 p.m.
You are responsible for servicing and installing plumbing systems in commercial remodels and new builds, guiding apprentices and helpers, maintaining documentation, measuring progress, addressing issues, and ensuring compliance with client expectations and safety regulations.
Requirements- Washington PL01 license
- Commercial plumbing experience
- Working knowledge of industry hazards and safety precautions
- Ability to work on prevailing wage jobs
- Ability to follow and apply the UPC in Washington and Idaho
- Ability to supervise and train apprentices
- Ability to complete projects without direct supervision
- Ability to climb ladders, carry heavy equipment, crouch, and perform other physical responsibilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, organizational skills, and an ability to stay calm under pressure
- Idaho journeyman license
- 5+ years of experience
