Senior Carpenter - Facilities

Responsibilities

Constructs and maintains structural woodwork, furniture, fixtures and equipment. Performs such activities as replacing worn floor covering and molding, experience with commercial sheet flooring, LVT and LVP, erecting partitions, constructing furniture and wooden equipment, repairing and installing locks, door checks and windows. Carpenter is required to complete appropriate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. Other duties can be assigned by the Manager, Supervisor or Lead Mechanic per discretion.

Responsible for all work as assigned.

• Upon request:
  Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers must comply with all state laws and requirements for driving and provide proof of a driver's license and auto insurance upon request.
• 4 years of experience as a cabinetmaker and carpenter
