Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds at the property;
Complete general carpentry tasks including wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and tile work;
Conduct preventative maintenance such as siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler systems, pools, and elevators;
Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction;
Assist with property emergencies (e.g., snow removal, fires, floods) and communicate issues to maintenance leadership;
Promote safety and risk management per regulations and company policies
