Mirror Ministries Esther’s Home in Washington state is seeking a part-time Residential Youth Care Specialist. You will supervise residents, help meet basic needs, and support their development in a trauma-informed, home-like setting.
Youll work with the Case Manager and staff to promote safety, learning, and healthy routines, including meals, activities, and documentation. Flexible weekend hours available; compensation is $20.00-$22.50 per hour.
