Clinch Valley Medical Center is a 175-bed acute care hospital with a growing integrated network of care that offers many services for our community all close to home. • Manages daily operations of physician clinic offices to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
• Manages staff relations including performance management and conflict resolution. Performs and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience supervisor or management experience in a healthcare setting is required.
