• Proven experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Current CPR or BCLS certification; BCLS, ACLS, PALS, NALS, or NRP preferred
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
• Strong knowledge of procedures and patient safety; compassionate and sensitive

• Evaluate patients and recommend a treatment plan
• Provide respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical and surgical conditions
• Perform insertion and removal of endotracheal tubes
• Perform timely and accurate documentation
• Promote continuous quality improvement
• Teach and counsel patients/families
