A leading Australian manufacturing company specializing in the design and fabrication of steel structures for a wide range of applications is seeking an experienced and qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator to join its fabrication team based in Richlands.

With over 25 years in operation, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality products and reliable service across the industry.

• Fabricate, assemble, and weld components in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
• Perform MIG welding and other welding processes to Australian Standards
• Prepare materials for fabrication, including marking out, measuring, and setup
• Conduct welding inspections and quality checks to ensure structural integrity and compliance
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
• Work collaboratively with production, QA, and supervisory staff to meet manufacturing schedules
• Identify and report faults, defects, or process improvements

• Qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator.
• Experience with structural steel and aluminum.
• MIG and TIG welding skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
