As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working on the Surgery schedule, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will support the surgical team, ensuring smooth coordination of care, maintaining accurate documentation, and upholding professional standards.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure smooth coordination of care and excellent service.
• Stay organized and adaptable while managing multiple priorities and maintaining documentation.
• Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude in upholding hospital standards and contributing to a positive team culture.

• Current Virginia LPN license.
• Basic Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work nights and rotating weekends.
