Registered Nurse; RN; Emergency Room

A healthcare facility in Woodstock, Virginia is seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN with Level II or III experience to join its emergency nursing staff.

This is an on-site clinical position within a 17-bed Emergency Department that maintains a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4.

The ER RN will provide direct patient care across the full spectrum of emergency presentations in a fast-paced acute setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing triage, conducting thorough patient assessments, delivering timely clinical interventions, and coordinating closely with the broader care team to ensure seamless and effective emergency care delivery.

• Deliver direct patient care across a wide range of emergency presentations
• Perform triage and prioritize patients based on clinical acuity
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify evolving clinical needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in time-sensitive situations
• Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation for all patient encounters
• Uphold patient safety standards and follow established emergency department protocols
• Support a collaborative, patient-centered care environment within a 17-bed unit

• Minimum of two years of emergency department nursing experience required

• Sign-on bonus ranging from $10,000 to $20,000 depending on experience level
• Relocation assistance ranging from $5,000 to $7,000 depending on distance
