Travel RN – Labor & Delivery / Nursery

Richlands, VA | Acute Care

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 36 hours/week | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care on a Labor & Delivery unit within a Level 3 OB setting
• Float to Nursery and Post-Partum units as needed based on census
• Monitor fetal status using intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring techniques
• Deliver care in accordance with patient ratios per A1 Guidelines using Meditech EHR
• Support nursery care including intermediate nursery patients
• Manage OB deliveries and associated postpartum and newborn care

• Active RN license valid for practice in Virginia
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Intermediate fetal monitoring certification or above required
• STABLE certification required for nursery assignments
• Minimum 1 year to 18 months of Labor & Delivery experience

• Experience in both L&D and Nursery care settings
• Familiarity with Meditech EHR
• Comfort working in a lower-volume OB environment

• Work within a recognized acute care hospital known for quality of care, patient safety, and health outcomes
• Gain experience across multiple OB care areas including Labor & Delivery, Nursery, and Post-Partum in a supportive environment
