17522R | Warehouse Assistant (with forklift) | Early knock off every Friday

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer specialising in the design, fabrication, and supply of high-quality steel infrastructure products used across the utilities, telecommunications, transport, lighting, and construction industries. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and customer service, they are continuing to grow and are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join their team.

As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll play an important role in ensuring warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming goods.
• Organise stock using First In, First Out (FIFO) principles.
• Maintain accurate stock control and participate in stocktakes.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Ensure products are correctly labelled and stored.
• Assist with dispatch and general warehouse duties as required.

We're looking for people who:

• Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Have good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks safely while maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety.
• Hold a current forklift licence
• Have previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, fabrication, or industrial experience (preferred but not essential).

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 3:20 pm | Friday: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm (Early finish every Friday!!)
