- Terms of employment:
Full-time, Permanent - Wage: $54.36~$57.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours:
30-40 hours/week - Number of Positions: 1
- 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
- Manage and advise staff responsible for administrative services
- Plan, organize, and evaluate the operations of the administrative services department
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate governance standards, and regulatory requirements
- Plan and control budgets for equipment and supplies
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Interview, hire and oversee the onboarding and training of new employees
Job requirements:
- Experience:
3-5 years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services are required - Education:
Completion of secondary school is required
